Introduction: Victory Conditions

Scoring

Each mission level ends with a debriefing screen that displays a score for the mission you just completed as well as a cumulative score. Both are determined by the point system explained below.

Multiplayer games use the same scoring criteria as single-player games. In addition, you are awarded 20 points for destroying a user-driven vehicle head-to-head.

AI-Driven Vehicle
A vehicle that is driven remotely, by artificial intelligence, while you are in another vehicle or in your Host Station. Whenever you send out a vehicle but have not jumped into it, then that vehicle is being driven remotely.

User-Driven Vehicle
A vehicle that is being driven in the first person. Whenever you jump into a vehicle, you are operating it in the first person.

Head-to-Head
Whenever you destroy an enemy vehicle while driving in the first person, you earn more points than if the enemy vehicle were destroyed by an AI-driven vehicle. In a multiplayer game, when you destroy a user-driven enemy vehicle—one that it is being driven by the enemy in the first person—you gain even more points. The way you know whether an enemy vehicle is occupied in the first person during a multiplayer game is if the user's name is displayed immediately above the vehicle.
